1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners such as Leopards, TCS, and Trax/Call Courier.

2. Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–4 business days

• Other areas: 3–7 business days

• (Note: Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, strikes, or unexpected weather conditions.)

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Free delivery may apply during promotional offers or on order values above a certain amount.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent to your email or WhatsApp so you can easily track your parcel's status.

5. Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may receive a call or WhatsApp message from our support team before dispatch to confirm your order details and address.

6. Undelivered Orders

If the courier company fails to deliver due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or customer unavailability after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Redelivery can be arranged upon request, but additional shipping costs may apply.
